With over 3,000 students from more than 50 countries and 12,000 alumni worldwide, Hotel Management School NHL Stenden is the largest and most internationally orientated hotel management school in Europe.
We educate our students to become the hospitality professionals of tomorrow’s world by placing the industry at the heart of our learning programmes: Design Based Education (DBE).Together with more than 600 industry partners we work on internships, design challenges, industry events and much more. Because to educate tomorrow’s Game Changers, we need to work together!
Within our educational concept Design Based Education there is less one-way passing on of information and more room for experimenting and co-creating in groups. Our students work on real life challenges provided by the industry, in an interactive and inspiring learning environment.
Working with design challenges from our industry partners makes sure our students are prepared for current issues the industry is facing. It matches our goal: educating game changers, in the hospitality industry and beyond. For our industry partners, collaborating with our students means gathering valuable input for their business, while directly contributing to the learning experience of students.
At Hotel Management School NHL Stenden we enjoy partnering with the industry. Among other things we offer collaborations in internships, design challenges, industry events and vacancies. Also, our study programmes are suitable for students at all levels: from recent high school graduates to experienced professionals.
